Installing Alayacare App

Medtec uses the AlayaCare app for scheduling and timekeeping. Medicaid requires all Medtec caregivers to accurately record their clock-in and clock-out times, along with their location, using the app. This is a mandatory requirement for all homemakers.

Please follow the steps below to clock in and out at the end of your shifts.

Step 1: Open "App Store" or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Click the search bar and type “Alayacare”

Step 3: Click “Alayacare app”

ree




Step 4: Click "Install" button.

Step 5: Click "Open" button

Step 6: Enter the company server name.

The company server name is: 

medtec.alayacare.com 

ree




Step 7: Allow your device's location

Medicaid wants to make sure that our caregivers are at the client’s house when they clock in/out.

Click While Using the app.

Step 8:

  • Click Enable Biometrics if you want to log in with your fingerprint or face ID (you might need to set it up

  • Click Maybe later if you want to log in with the password

Step 9: Enter your email address and password.

Password is Medtec123?

( M is a capital letter)                         

           

Step 10: Click Log In

Step 11: You will see today's schedule once you are logged in.

If it says 'No Items,' that means you do not have a scheduled event for that day.
