Clock in for your shifts

Medtec uses the AlayaCare app for scheduling and timekeeping. Medicaid requires all Medtec caregivers to accurately record their clock-in and clock-out times, along with their location, using the app. This is a mandatory requirement for all homemakers.

Please follow the steps below to clock in and out at the end of your shifts.

If you have any questions, contact the Medtec office at 847-470-4701.

 

Step 1: Log in to Alayacare app


Enter your email address

The password is Medtec123?   

(the letter 'M' is a capital letter)




 

Step 2: Check the date and click the schedule block.

Please clock out on time. You will see a pop-up window if you don't clock out on time.



 

Step 3: Click Clock In Early or Clock In button.

Please clock in on time. If you can’t clock in on time, please call the office. 


 

Step 4: Visit warning message

If you see this message, please call the office.

Please note that you need to clock in at your client's house.

Click Confirm & Clock in button.





 

Step 5: Make sure the session is clocked in.

If you see one of the buttons below,

This means that your session was clocked in.

Click the arrow to go back.




 

Step 6: Check what time you are clocked in.

If the schedule box should be green color.

Click the three dots to view the time you are clocked in.
