For our caregiving clients: We use texting and emails as a way for us to keep you updated about your caregiver placement, to coordinate schedule changes and for you to easily contact us about schedule changes and feedback.

For caregiving staff: We use texting and emails to offer shifts, coordinate schedules with the client, make company announcements (training, pay rate increases, etc.) and for you to easily communicate with us!

Most clients & caregivers will only receive messages less than once a month.

If you're a caregiver who is looking for more hours or a client / caregiver who we are working with to set-up a new shift, we will communicate much more frequently.

Clients: We will ask you if you are ok with us texting you before texting or emailing you.  If later on, you wish to opt out, please just reply with Stop to a text or click the unsubscribe link in our emails

Caregivers: Caregivers are opted in when they are hired as part of our communication policy.  If you wish to opt out of texting or emails, simply reply with Stop to a text or click the unsubscribe link in our emails

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information with others without further notice to you, such as the total number of people who used the Service in a specific month or the total number of messages sent during a particular period.

By reaching us by SMS, you agree to receive recurring messages from MedTec. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your interactions and preferences. You can reply STOP to opt-out of future messages or HELP for more information. No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
