The Application Process

Apply
Time Frame: 5-10 minutes
Fill out the initial application here. Once you fill it out, a MedTec recruiter will call you and help you through the rest of the application process!
Interview
Time Frame: 15 minutes
Our recruiter will conduct a brief phone interview with you. Our goal is to get to know you better and help you get to know MedTec and the home care aide role.
Finish Application
Time Frame: 1-2 weeks
If the role is a good match for you, you'll need to finish just a bit more application materials (including a fingerprint check).
Attend Training
Time Frame: 24 hrs
Welcome to the team! Once we have finished your background check, we'll train you on everything you'll need to safely serve our clients.
Match with Client
Time Frame: 1-2 weeks
A MedTec scheduler will work with you to find a client who is in your area and is a good fit for your skills & personality.
