Alayacare Issues
Medtec uses the AlayaCare app for scheduling and timekeeping. Medicaid requires all Medtec caregivers to accurately record their clock-in and clock-out times, along with their location, using the app. This is a mandatory requirement for all homemakers.
Please follow the steps below to clock in and out at the end of your shifts.

If you see this warning page, click the "Confirm & Clock Out" button.

< Clock In/Clock Out Problem >
1. Click "Go Clock Out" button. This button is indicating that you have an open session.

Step 2: Check the date for the open session and click the schedule box to clock out.

*** Please submit a timesheet for this date because the schedule was not clocked in and clocked out correctly.
Step 3: Click "Care" button.

Step 4: Click the "Service Tasks" button and complete the tasks.

Step 5: After completing the service tasks, click the "Clock Out" button.

Step 6: Enter the reason why you are clocking in now or at the location.
Click Confirm & Clock Out button.

Step 7: If you see a schedule block, make sure it is for today’s date and time, and then clock in.
